2. Australian Consumer Law

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.


3. Products & Pricing

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without notice.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.


5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Refund & Returns Policy

At Sturdy Outdoor Living, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

14-Day Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible items. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Please note: Due to the nature of outdoor furniture, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used outdoors, show signs of wear, or have been assembled.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We may request:

  • Photos of the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Confirmation of packaging condition upon arrival


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will assess eligibility and provide return instructions

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly


Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and approved. You’ll be notified via email when your refund has been issued. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
